Guarantee & Warranty Information60 Day Satisfaction GuaranteeA unique 60 DAY SATISFACTION MONEY BACK GUARANTEE applies to our Eco Luxury Shower range. This applies to commercial and retail installations. Care must be taken to return goods in resalable condition should advantage be taken of this guarantee. If product is scratched in any way, this Guarantee will be Null & Void. Halstead Resources Inc. is not responsible for any shipping charges when product is returned to us. Halstead Resources Inc. will refund money as soon as possible, always within 30 days from receipt of product, should all terms be met. Written authorization (email or post) must be given prior to any product being returned. The goods are to be accompanied by the original invoice or receipt. All Eco Luxury Shower products carry a limited lifetime guarantee against faulty workmanship and material. Except for hoses and other accessory items that carry a limited guarantee for one (1) year. When making a claim proof of purchase will be required, original invoice or receipt. Halstead Resources Inc.’s obligation under this guarantee is limited to the replacement of defective parts only. Damage and/or labor charges incurred in installation, repair or replacement, as well as consequential or incidental damage (including scratching) connected therewith are excluded from this guarantee. No responsibility will be accepted for the cost of any repairs or alterations executed without the prior written consent of Halstead Resources Inc. Written authorization (email or post) must be given prior to any product being returned. The goods are to be accompanied by a claim detailing reasons and must be accompanied by the original invoice or receipt. Halstead Resources Inc. reserves the right to make changes and improvements in its products without incurring any obligation to similarly alter products previously purchased. This warranty gives you specific rights. You may have other rights under state law. This warranty is valid only within the United States. Under no circumstances does the company accept liability for any loss or damage to persons or property of any kind or due to any cause whatsoever or any amount as a result of direct or indirect of any fault, deficiency or discrepancy in goods or materials sold or supplied by the company. Any conditions, warranties and liabilities expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, not contained herein are expressly denied or negated. |
